Ashe County Register of Deeds Office

The Ashe County Register of Deeds office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Recording hours end at 4:30 PM. The staff includes an assistant and multiple deputies who can help you find deed records, get copies, and answer questions about recording procedures.
